Operations Center High-Definition Video Wall

High-resolution 2×2 commercial video wall array engineered for municipal infrastructure oversight, road network mapping, and operational situational awareness.

Wall-mounted two-by-two video wall displaying an aerial map with labelled roads

Project Overview

Hewelt designed and implemented a centralized display wall system for the Federal Capital Development Authority to support continuous monitoring of Abuja's urban infrastructure, road corridors, and planning schematics.

Scope of Delivery

  • Ultra-narrow bezel 2×2 commercial display matrix installation
  • Multi-source video processor supporting synchronous split-screen GIS mapping
  • Engineered architectural wall mounting and reinforced cable raceways
  • Calibration for high-ambient-light continuous operations

The Challenge

Operators needed to review high-density aerial maps, road schematics, and live surveillance feeds simultaneously without visible seam disruption or color deviation across panels.

The Engineered Solution

We installed an ultra-narrow bezel commercial display array driven by a dedicated matrix controller, allowing seamless multi-window layouts and rapid input switching from various municipal workstations.

Results & Impact

Real-time situational visibility across capital city road networks, faster municipal decision-making during infrastructure assessments, and continuous operational reliability.
